The Facility Members’ App makes managing your membership simple and convenient! With our app, you can:
see how busy the range or gym are and/ or who’s shooting or working out
reserve a lane
see upcoming events and manage registrations
check in to the range, gym, workshops, etc that you’ve registered for
manage contact info, memberships, and payment information
The first step in getting access to our members’ app is to become a member. You won’t be able to log in unless you have an active Facility membership (day passes don’t count). Next, you’ll need to download the app for your phone or tablet. You can do that using the appropriate button below. You can also search ‘The Facility GA’ in the Apple App Store or ‘The Facility’ in the Google Play Store.
Once the app is installed on your device, login using the email and password you used to create your account on our member portal. Didn’t create an account yet, or don’t remember your password? No problem! Just click the ‘Forgot Password’ link and follow the instructions (make sure you use the email address that we have on file for you).
Using our app is fairly simple. You can access most of the app’s functionality by clicking on the menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
The PROFILE page allows you to:
edit your profile or contact information
change your password
upload or change your profile picture
add or update credit card information
sign or view documents (i.e. liability waivers, membership agreements)
view your attendance records/ check-ins
There are 4 navigation tabs that allow you to switch between views: INFO, PAYMENTS, DOCUMENTS, and ATTENDANCE. You may have to swipe right or left to view all of the tabs.
The CLASSES page allows you to:
view our schedule (range, gym, classes)
quickly reserve a lane or space in the gym, a class, etc. (IF you have an appropriate membership)
check in for range or gym sessions, classes, etc when you arrive
There are two tabs at the top of the page (Schedule and Reserved) that let you quickly switch views between a list of all sessions (by day/ date) and a list of only sessions for which you’re registered.
The PLANS page allows you to:
review the plan(s) you have
sign up for additional plans
The Plans page has two tabs- ‘SIGN UP’ and ‘MY PLANS’. The ‘Sign Up’ tab displays all of the plans available at The Facility. You can add plans to your membership here BUT, if you’re upgrading, please contact us so that you’re not charged for multiple plans. The typical use for this would be to join something like our 12 Week Tactics Program or other ‘add-on’ programs. The ‘My Plans’ tab displays plans that are currently active for you and your family.
The EVENTS page allows you to:
see a list of upcoming workshops and other events
register for those workshops or events
The Events page has two tabs- ‘UPCOMING’ and ‘RESERVED’ that allow you to switch between a list of all upcoming events and a list of events for which you’re registered. You can register for events on the ‘Upcoming’ tab by clicking on the event and filling in your information. This process is currently a bit cumbersome. We’re hoping for a streamlined process within the app soon.
The WORKOUTS page allows you to:
view programmed range drills and workouts
link to SugarWOD to record your scores, times, etc
Our range drills and workouts are organized into several ‘tracks’. You can change tracks at the top of the Workouts page. You can change days by clicking on the date at the top of the screen (you may have to swipe right or left to find the date you want). If you’re using SugarWOD and you want to record results, you can click the ‘Record Result on SugarWOD’ button to launch SugarWOD.
The SETTINGS page allows you to:
toggle push notifications ON or OFF
toggle ‘Add Reservations to my Calendar’ ON or OFF
view privacy policies and other app info
The settings page has two user-preference selections that are controlled with simple toggles: 1) whether or not to allow push notifications and 2) whether or not to add reservations to your calendar. The page also has a diagnostics item, which can be useful if you’re ever having problems with the app and need to contact support.
Due to COVID-19 related restrictions, we're temporarily limiting walk-in hours. Our current hours are:
