Membership includes:

  • Provides key card access to the gym during open gym hours so that you can train at your convenience.
  • Includes a subscription to SugarWOD for workout tracking and communicating with other members.
  • Includes access to multiple programming tracks from our trainers and from Crossfit Mayhem (a $20/ month value!).
  • May require training sessions or an on-ramp class prior to issue of key card.
  • Combine gym and range memberships for expanded training opportunities.

  • Olympic Lifting Equipment

    Olympic lifts are a staple in most functional fitness programs. We have bars, bumper plates, and racks for oly lifting. We also have giant tires, sandbags, and other tools for building practical strength.
  • C2 ROWERS, ASSAULT BIKES, PLYO BOXES…

    We have a variety of tools and ample floor and outdoor space to support metabolic conditioning exercises. That includes Concept2 rowing machines and Assault Bikes so that you can row or pedal until your heart’s content (and healthy)!
  • BAGS, BOBS, AND DUMMIES

    We have Muay Thai heavy bags, ‘Bob’ opponent bags, and grappling dummies so that you can integrate fundamental strikes, kicks, and various combatives drills into your workout.
  • BARS, RINGS, AND ROPE

    We have pull-up bars, gymnastics rings, a climbing rope, and other tools for gymnastics and body weight movements. We even have a pull-up bar and ‘The Pad’ for workout sets just outside of the range door!
  • TRAIN LIKE YOU FIGHT

    Introducing ‘The Pad’- a workout area just outside the range doors. Integrate shooting into your WODs (or just knock out some burpees before you shoot) and have a great time prepping for the worst case scenario.
