Background & Experience
Buck is a retired US Coast Guard Deployable Specialized Forces (DSF) Assault Force Commander, Troop Chief, Deployable Team Leader, and Advanced Interdiction Team Leader. He led numerous National Special Security Event responses, completed multiple international (GWOT expeditionary) deployments, and conducted countless opposed ship boardings in support of various CENTCOM/ AFRICOM Combatant Commanders. He also served as Troop Chief of a force protection team that was responsible for a broad range of security missions, including: maritime critical infrastructure and key resource protection; convoy security, and high value asset/ VIP close protection.
